Thurs., March 10th. We took a full day tour with Napa Valley Wine Country Tours and our guide Keith was awesome right down to his live entertainment while we enjoyed lunch. The weather didn't co-operate fully but that did not dampen the spirits of our group of 13 which included two couples on their honeymoon! We had a light breakfast as we stopped for an early morning view of the Golden Gate Bridge and then we hit wine country.
It's early spring here so the grass is green and the flowers are just starting to bloom but the vines have not yet awakened. As the day went on we dropped into 4 very different wineries for tastings in the Sonoma and Napa Valley as well as the Olive Press and the Sonoma Cheese Factory.
A great way to finish off our awesome vacation!
Tomorrow ..... slowly we head back to reality
